Shipping and Returns:

1. General Information:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the USA and US Territories.

 3. Delivery Time:
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [3] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Orders cannot be edited once processed and shipped from our facility.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under the care of PureGreen. Please contact your local Post Office or Carrier for any questions you may have about missing or delayed packages.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

 Sales tax is charged according to the city, state or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. Damaged Items in Transport 
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please save the original box and all the contents. Please contact us immediately. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).

All returns require prior authorization. To return your product, you must email us for authorization and to determine the best way to return.

6. Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return unused/unopened bottles of PureGreen24 within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of confirmation for the full amount paid, less shipping charges. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

7. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email to sales@puregreen24.com before we have shipped out your order to you- we must acknowledge receipt of your request as a confirmation of cancellation.
